Terms of use

By downloading, accessing, or using Dictando, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Dictando is a voice-to-text writing assistant. The current iOS build lets you sign in, dictate speech, clean dictation output, use the Dictando keyboard, and manage account and privacy settings.

Dictando may offer free and paid access. Features shown in the app can vary by platform, plan, region, and version. The product screen where you start a purchase shows what is included at that time.

Dictando supports Sign in with Apple or Google backed by Supabase. You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping access to the sign-in account you choose secure.

• Do not use Dictando for illegal activity.
• Do not abuse, overload, or interfere with the service.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or bypass service protections.
• Do not use Dictando to violate the rights or privacy of others.

Dictando relies on providers including Groq for AI processing, Supabase for authentication and account storage, Vercel for hosting, and Apple or Google for sign-in. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

Dictando Pro subscriptions are purchased through Apple in-app purchase where available. The app displays the current price, subscription period, trial terms if any, and renewal information before confirmation.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings. Apple handles refund requests under its policies.

You keep ownership of content you dictate or submit. You give Dictando a limited right to process that content only to provide the service you request, operate the service securely, and meet legal obligations.

Our data practices, including the public website voice demo, are described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access if you misuse Dictando, create a security risk, or violate these terms. You can stop using Dictando at any time and can delete your account from inside the app.

Dictando is provided on an as-is basis. Speech transcription, cleanup, and translation are not guaranteed to be error free. Review important text before sending it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HolaAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
