1. Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or using Dictando, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

Dictando is a voice-to-text writing assistant. The current iOS build lets you sign in, dictate speech, clean dictation output, enable the Dictando keyboard, and manage account and privacy settings.

The current iOS build does not include App Store subscriptions or StoreKit purchases.

3. Accounts

The current iOS build supports Sign in with Apple or Google backed by Supabase. You are responsible for the activity that occurs through your account and for keeping access to the account you choose for Dictando secure.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Dictando for illegal activity.
Do not abuse or interfere with the service.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer or bypass service protections.
Do not use Dictando to violate the rights or privacy of others.

5. Third-party services

Dictando relies on third-party providers including Groq for AI processing, Supabase for authentication and account storage, and Apple or Google for sign-in. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you dictate or submit through Dictando. You give Dictando a limited right to process that content only to provide the service you asked for.

7. Privacy

Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you misuse Dictando, create security risk, or violate these terms. You can stop using Dictando at any time and can delete your account from inside the app.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Dictando is provided on an as-is basis. Speech transcription and AI cleanup are not guaranteed to be error free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HolaAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
